4 small ham steaks, cut in half
1 head cabbage, cored and chopped
2 medium zucchini-cut into large chunks
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1.5 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 cup butter, sliced (1 stick)
Lawry's seasoned salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1. In a 6-8 quart slow cooker place cabbage, then mushrooms and then zucchini.
2. Season with Lawry's pepper, and garlic and top with butter.
3. Top with steaks, layering if necessary.
4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours or until veggies are tender.
