1 1/2 cup Frank's Hot Sauce or your favorite hot sauce
1 1/2 cup butter divided
1 cup low carb beer or chicken broth
1. Place wings in electric pressure cooker.
2. Melt one cup of butter into one cup of hot sauce and stir until completely combined.
3. Stir one cup of beer ( or chicken broth) into sauce
4. Pour sauce over wings.
5. Cook under high pressure for 12 minutes.
6. Naturally release for 15 minutes. Meanwhile turn on your broiler, if using an oven for optional crisping step.
7. Melt 1/2 cup butter into 1/2 cup hot sauce and stir.
8. Toss wings in sauce to coat generously with sauce.
**If using an oven place wings in broiler for 4-5 minutes, checking frequently so they don't burn**
