1 green pepper
1 large onion
1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes & green chilis)
1. Brown chops in hot oil in skillet
2. Place chops in casserole dish.
3. Cut onion and pepper into long chunks and place on chops.
4. Pour 1 can Rotel over all.
5. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
