2 lbs boneless country style pork ribs
1 medium cooking apple, diced
1 small onion, sliced
14 oz sauerkraut, drained, rinsed
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/4 cup dry white wine or 1/4 cup apple juice
1. In a 4 quart Crock Pot, place ribs, apple and onion. Top with sauerkraut and brown sugar. Mix lightly. Pour wine or juice over top.
2. Cover, cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.
