4 tablespoons canola oil
2 large onion, thinly sliced
Shaved Sirloin
4 crusty sub rolls
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mayonnaise to taste
Cheese Whiz

1. In a skillet add three tablespoons of canola oil and add the onions.
2. Cook until they wilt and begin to turn yellow.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Remove from pan.
5. Add in the last of the canola oil and get the pan hot.
6. Season the beef with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Sear on both sides quickly, browned bu do not let them dry out.
8. Add the onions back in and mix together.
9. Heat in a microwave the Cheese Whiz in a microwave bowl.
10. Add the mayonnaise to the bottom of the bun.
11. Add the onions and beef to the rolls and top with the Cheese Whiz.
