1 cup bell peppers chopped
1/2 cup grape tomatoes chopped
1/4 cup yellow onion chopped
salt to taste
1. Juice limes into large bowl and stir in garlic.
2. Add avocado and gently coat with lime juice.
3. Carefully fold in remaining ingredients, salting to taste.
4. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container.
