2 to 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried minced onion flakes
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 (6oz) can tomato paste
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
1 (15oz) diced tomatoes
2 (14.5oz) cans chicken broth
1 (24oz) jar spaghetti sauce
8oz campanelle pasta (3 cups uncooked) you can use a noodle of your choice
1. Place all ingredients except pasta in a 6qt slow cooker. Stir. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
2. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with 2 forks.
3. Return shredded chicken to slow cooker. Add pasta.
4. Cook on High for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, until the pasta is cooked.
