6 to 8 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves
1 (1o ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
2 cups of Cooked Minute Rice
1. Place chicken breasts in shallow 9 X 13 baking dish.
2. In saucepan, combine soup, cream cheese and sour
cream and heat on low just until cream cheese melts and
ingredients mix well.
3. Pour mixture over chicken breasts and sprinkle with lemon
pepper.
4. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 60 minutes.
5. Uncover, bake another 15 minutes and serve over cooked
rice.
