1 (8ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
1 large can sliced peaches
1 medium can chunk pineapple
1 medium can apricots
1 can mandarin oranges
2 bananas sliced
1 can cherry pie filling
1 cup shredded coconut
1. Slice open refrigerator sugar cookie dough and press into
a one crust on cookie sheet.
2. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Cool.
3. Mix 8 ounces of cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar together.
4. Spread over cooled cookie dough.
5. Drain fruit and place on paper towels to make sure all juice
is off fruit.
6. Place in layers over cream cheese. Top with pie filling and
sprinkle with coconut.
**You can use any type of fruit with this recipe. I like to use
fresh strawberries and blueberries. **
**Place bananas towards the bottom of the fruit layers, they won't turn brown**
