1 1/4 cup low fat or fat free Cool Whip
1 small banana or 1 1/2 cup raspberries
1. Mix 2 cups of boiling water with Jello. Stir until dissolved.
2. Remove 1 cup of jello for later.
3. Add 1 cup of cold water to remaining jello - stir well.
4. Put in a flat dish and refrigerate until set.
5. Once jello has set ,place sliced fruit on top of jello.
6. Add 1 1/4 cup of low fat or fat free Cool whip to remaining
1 cup of jello. Mix well.
7. Take time to get all the lumps melted.
8. Pour mixture over fruit making sure to seal edges.
9. Refrigerate until set.
**You can use any type of fruit or jello**
